Video Editing Timeline

AI DRIVEN VIDEO CREATION

Problem: Enterprises, creators, ad agencies, movie houses - they all need video capabilities, often at short notice and delivered flexibly. Video includes voiceover in multiple languages and has to be rendered in multiple styles. The videos are often deployed over social media platforms as well, so compliance with copyright regime as well as regulations is key.

Solution: We developed a tool to transform input ideas and scripts into complete videos. The solution utilizes AI agents to generate story characters, narration, and visual prompts. It is hosted on the cloud and is consumed using tokens as needed.
 

Outcome: The tool is now deployed and is commercially used by several end clients, including content creators, SMBs and agencies.

Data Cloud

DATA INFRASTRUCTURE

Problem: The challenge was in modernizing the existing data warehouse and improve availability of data to near real-time as well as improved responsiveness without compromising scalability.

Solution: We followed an ELT approach to address the challenge including database change data capture (CDC) and continuous replication with cloud data storage in appropriate warehouses and in place data transformation.

 

Outcome: We migrated from on-premise DWH and ETL pipeline to cloud-native DWH and ELT pipeline. End to end time-to-insight was reduced from 24 hours to 30 minutes.

Industrial Structure

INDUSTRIAL ANALYTICS

Problem: To build customer specific reporting dashboards leveraging industry standard products. This would facilitate complex ETL jobs in cloud, both for structured and unstructured sources.

Solution: We leveraged the product components and workflows to generate a deterministic data set and custom dashboards. We also redesigned the workflow utilization and built re-usable component services using Spark, Hive, and Spotfire amongst others, hosted on Azure.

 

Outcome: We migrated the on-premise database and pipeline to an enterprise datalake on cloud with performance optimization.

Robot

CONVERSATIONAL AI

Problem: The challenge was to build a complete conversational AI platform that would enable business to launch virtual assistants.

Solution: We built a low-code platform for creating virtual assistants supporting multiple languages. This enabled omnichannel e-commerce, including integration with e-commerce store providers such as Shopify, Magento, Whatsapp as well as Google Voice.

 

Outcome: Several major customers in Europe were enabled through this platform. Specific regional problems were solved through large scale microservices connecting to proprietary platforms.

Customer at Pharmacy

CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

Problem: Our client is a multi-specialty chain of eye care hospitals, which services millions of customers across multiple locations. The challenges were two-fold:

  1. CXO needed to have a bird's-eye view of operations across locations with a single click

  2. The client wished to schedule targeted campaigns to existing and new customers. 

 

Solution: Our product ingested data from all possible sources including the hospital management systems, CRM, Billing, call-center, supply chain etc and created a single window data view for different user groups. Our smart campaign manager correlated data and used data driven insights to execute several different kinds of campaigns across multiple channels. Not only that, our product also helped automate repetitive tasks such as appointment reminders, lead management etc to reduce workload and improve turnaround times.

Outcome: The targeted campaigning helped improve the patient numbers and retention rates substantially.

Interactive Mobile Apps

MOBILE APP DEVELOPMENT

Problem: Our client is a startup based out of Bangalore in the business of renting out electric vehicles to retail customers. Their brief was to develop an app for customer engagement, as well as for scheduling internal workflows & manage workloads.

Solution: We helped develop a mobile app for both Android and iOS, with functionality as follows:

  • User account management

  • Capture vehicle data

  • Subscription details

  • Management of service flows

  • Authentication & authorization

  • Integration with payment gateways

  • Integration with messaging gateways

 

Outcome: The app was developed using React native framework on a NodeJS back-end hosted on AWS Cloud. The startup went live successfully and scaled across multiple cities on the strength of this app.
